If you are unsatisfied with your purchase during the first Thirty (30) Days after placing your order with us, you can return it for a refund (less the original shipping and handling charge). Simply package everything back up with enough postage on it and ship to the following address:

We can not accept returns on engraved items, unless there is a product defect or engraving error.
We reserve the right not to credit your account for any returns if we receive your package more than Thirty (30) Days past the order date. We will occasionally make an exception to this rule if the situation is warranted. We also reserve the right to exclude any shipping expenses that we may have incurred during our effort to help troubleshoot perceived or real issues with your cufflinks.
Milliamp LTD will not include the amount of any discounts, coupon codes, etc. that may have been applied to your order during checkout when your return is processed.
While it is not required, we would greatly appreciate a brief explanation of why you are returning your product to us; perhaps we there is something that we can improve upon for future customers. Please make sure that the credit card that you used to place your order is (1) still active and (2) the expiration date has not expired or changed in the meantime (if this happens, we will not be able to credit your account!).
We will send a note to the email address used during checkout once your package has arrived to let you know that the credit has been applied. It may take one or two business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
